But even PC aficionados admit that Macintosh’s dedication to inventiveness and quality has made it one of the most respected companies in the world. People also love their mobile devices and the iPhone is one of the most popular. But many aren’t totally satisfied with Apple’s iSync, which syncs their iPhone to their other devices. If you want to sync Apple’s OS X Address Book or iCal, iSync is fine. But if you want to sync your contacts, task and calendars from Meeting Maker, you’re out of luck.
The good news is that someone has created a synching program that does everything that iSync doesn’t. The company is called PocketMac and the product is PocketMac GoBetween for Meeting Maker. It means you don’t have to double enter your calendar and contact information from MeetingMaker into your Apple device in order to sync it with your handheld device.
PocketMac GoBetween for Meeting Maker is the first to sync all your data from Meeting Maker to all Macintosh devices, including the iPhone.
PocketMac is run by two brothers, Tim and Terrance Goggin, who are total Macintosh devotees. PocketMac has been in business for about ten years devising some great Mac tools, including programs for synching the Macintosh to other devices. Their Meetingmaker synching program is a godsend for people who want to synch data from Meeting Maker to their iPhone. PocketMac GoBetween for Meeting Maker gives you complete 2-way synching and requires version 8.5 or higher and Mac OS X 10.4 or higher. - 23544
